Waterfront Grill offers casual dining by the picturesque waterfront setting of Darling Harbour. Come for the food. Stay for the atmosphere. Share with friends.

It all starts with The Grill: this is where the magic happens. Sourcing our meat from across Australia, we pride ourselves on our extensive meat selection. From a 250gram eye fillet to the 700g rump, each piece of meat is cut by our own butcher. With seafood straight from Sydney Fish Market and vegetables sourced directly from local markets, delivered every day of the week, Waterfront presents the freshest ingredients, simply grilled to ramp up your experience. Fresh produce means great flavours. 

From The Bar, an edgy cocktail menu and a comprehensive wine list showcasing the best of Australia and New Zealand are only superseded by the list of local and international brews. Served in a variety of sizes, refresh from a a stein or even beer tower of tap beers.

Every taste is catered to, from meat eaters to the health conscious, vegetarians and pleasure seekers where all the perfect ingredients for quintessential Australian dining come to this casual waterfront setting with front row harbour views.

WHERE ALL THE FIRE HAPPENS

Waterfront Grill first opened its doors as an 80-seater restaurant in August 2000, just in time for the Sydney Olympics. With great success across the years, Waterfront has expanded into a large 180-seat restaurant with a world-wide reputation and remains a firm favourite for locals.

From The Grill, Head Chef Mark Turner has lead the kitchen since the doors first opened, where Mark prides himself on every dish that leaves the kitchen. Tuck into Waterfront Grill's signature dishes for an authentic taste sensation.

We suggest: 
Sirloin, minimum 100 day grain fed, from the Riverina in NSW, served with creamy mash. 
Our infamous Lamb Skewer, served with rosemary, onion and capsicum; basted and grilled.  
Or all the comforts of Braised Lamb Shanks, slow cooked and served with creamy mash and a red wine jus. 
Our speciality Pork Ribs, grilled and basted in our special sauce and served with chips.
The "Straight Up" Angus Beef Burger with tomato, onion, burger cheese, chipotle, mayo, pickles, American mustard and tomato sauce.

For something lighter, our signature Quinoa & Grilled Vegetable Salad of mixed quinoa, spinach, grilled eggplant, zucchini, roast pumpkin, capsicum and basil pesto. Or a Waterfront favourite, our Caesar Salad with baby cos lettuce, grilled chicken breast, bacon, boiled egg, garlic croutons, Caesar dressing and shaved parmesan cheese. There's plenty to choose from.
